1. INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of the Sharwa Store website, mobile application, online store, and related e-commerce services (collectively, the \u201cPlatform\u201d), and your purchase of products through the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform or place an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store is an e-commerce retail business serving customers in Qatar. Before publication, Sharwa Store will display its applicable legal business name, Commercial Registration details where required, contact information, and other information required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the purposes of these Terms, \u201cSharwa Store\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, and \u201cour\u201d mean the legal entity operating the Sharwa Store Platform, and \u201ccustomer\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d, and \u201cyour\u201d mean the person using the Platform or purchasing products through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. APPLICABILITY OF QATAR LAW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms are intended to comply with the laws of the State of Qatar applicable to Sharwa Store’s e-commerce activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or reduce any mandatory right or protection granted to a consumer under applicable Qatari law. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail to the extent of the conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Platform and its electronic transactions are subject to applicable Qatari legislation, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008 and the Electronic Transactions and Commerce Law promulgated by Decree Law No. 16 of 2010, as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE PLATFORM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account, placing an order, or communicating with Sharwa Store. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must not use the Platform to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 commit or facilitate fraud or any unlawful activity;
\u2022 provide false, misleading, or deceptive information;
\u2022 interfere with the security or operation of the Platform;
\u2022 attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
\u2022 introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
\u2022 copy, reproduce, scrape, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission; or
\u2022 infringe the rights of Sharwa Store or any third party.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store will make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, specifications, prices, images, colours, sizes, quantities, and other product information displayed on the Platform are accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product images are provided for identification and presentation purposes. Minor differences may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings, packaging changes, manufacturing variations, or other circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where required by applicable law, product information will include the material characteristics and information necessary for the customer to make an informed purchasing decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a material error is identified in product information, Sharwa Store may correct the information and, where appropriate, contact affected customers before fulfilling an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All products are subject to availability. Displaying a product on the Platform does not guarantee that the product will remain available until an order is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Sharwa Store will notify the customer and handle the affected order in accordance with applicable law and the relevant refund, return, or cancellation arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store may limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including in cases of unusually high demand, suspected misuse, or other operational or legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. PRICES AND CHARGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All prices will be displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR), unless otherwise stated. The applicable product price and any applicable delivery charges or other mandatory charges will be presented to the customer before the order is submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where taxes or other government charges are legally applicable, the Platform will communicate them in the manner required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promotional prices, discounts, vouchers, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, eligibility requirements, validity periods, product exclusions, quantity limits, or availability. Any material conditions applicable to an offer will be communicated to customers in a clear manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an obvious pricing, product, or technical error occurs, Sharwa Store may take reasonable steps to correct the error and, where necessary, contact the customer before proceeding with the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers may place orders by following the ordering process displayed on the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before submitting an order, customers should review the selected products, quantities, delivery address, contact details, applicable charges, and total order value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An electronic order acknowledgement confirms that the order request has been received. Where applicable, Sharwa Store may separately confirm acceptance or fulfilment of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store may decline, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including where a product is unavailable, there is a material pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where an order is cancelled by Sharwa Store after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Sharwa Store Refund Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS AND COMMUNICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electronic communications may be used to conclude and perform transactions with Sharwa Store. Electronic orders, acknowledgements, confirmations, and other communications may form part of the contractual record where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before an electronic commercial order is placed, Sharwa Store will provide the information required by applicable law, including relevant supplier information, product characteristics, prices and applicable charges, payment and delivery arrangements, offer validity where applicable, cancellation information where applicable, and information concerning retention or accessibility of the electronic transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers should retain order confirmations, invoices, receipts, and other transaction records for their records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store may offer one or more payment methods, including online card payment, cash on delivery, or other methods displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment must be made using a valid and authorised payment method. Customers must not use a payment instrument belonging to another person without proper authorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Where payment is processed by a third party, the payment provider may apply its own terms and security procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estimated delivery times are provided as reasonable estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly stated. Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, product availability, operational circumstances, government restrictions, or events outside Sharwa Store’s reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reachable telephone number and for making reasonable arrangements to receive the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer cancellation, return, exchange, replacement, and refund rights will be handled in accordance with applicable Qatari law and Sharwa Store’s applicable policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a customer receives a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, or otherwise subject to a statutory consumer remedy, the customer should contact Sharwa Store as soon as reasonably possible using the published customer-service details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store will process personal data in accordance with applicable Qatari law and the separate Privacy & Cookie Policy published on the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information may be collected and processed where necessary to operate the Platform, create and manage accounts, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and for other lawful purposes explained in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers should review the Privacy & Cookie Policy for detailed information about personal-data processing, cookies, data rights, retention, disclosures, security, and contact procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store may send service-related communications necessary to operate the customer’s account or fulfil an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store may suspend or restrict access to the Platform or an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, customers, payment systems, intellectual property, or business operations, or where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where an account or access is suspended or terminated, this will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before the suspension or termination, nor any mandatory consumer rights that continue under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

21. FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, government restrictions, major telecommunications or technology failures, widespread service outages, transportation disruption, strikes, or other events that could not reasonably be prevented or overcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This provision does not exclude or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

22. LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store will be responsible for its obligations and liabilities to the extent required by applicable Qatari law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharwa Store will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform where such liability may lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharwa Store may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current version will be published on the Platform together with its effective date or last-updated date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
